Terrific service for shop that's trying to compete against the low cost internet vendors....they are doing a great job and give the personal touch and service that just can't be easily gotten (if at all) from that alternative.

Brendan and his colleagues helped me swap to a more robust handguard by making up a replacement bushing that wasn't included the 3rd party replacement part, resulting in a better outcome.   Brendan didn't have to go to take on helping build a custom part, and I could eventually have found a solution, but by having Clonmel Off-Road behind me, helped get that better outcome with less hassle...that's customer service!

Great shop with a great range of stock and the two lads running it couldn't be nicer,both of them were very helpful & very knowledgeable.

Collected my 1st brand new bike from Jason yesterday and couldn't be more impressed with the whole package. Great deal, great selection of bikes and gear. Jason made the process so easy and relaxed. The lady (never got her name) upstairs and sold me a jacket and boots was really helpful and no one was at all pushy in getting a deal done. Really impressed. No doubt I'll be back for servicing and a few extra bits and pieces in future. Will happily buy from again and again and again. Philip himself is a gent. Very pleased to say the least

Many many thanks to Marty, Phillip and the young guy in the workshop who were able to squeeze me in for a puncture repair today at extremely short notice even though the workshop was busy. I had my first service for my KTM 890 duke done yesterday. I have to say Marty and the service team did a great job. Marty kept me up to date with progress and also did extras that I wasn’t expecting. Great job all round and so helpful. Well done guys

Bought a Street Triple from these guys last year and went back today and took the Speed Triple and SuperDuke demonstrators out. Big thanks to Davy and Joe, absolutely zero pressure but we’re happy to present and go through all of the options available while providing great craic. I’ll be sure to be changing soon 👌🏻

Great selection if bikes and clothing. Servicing is very poor. I've had a bike in there on four occasions:

The first service on a 125 duke was fine.

Second service again fine except they scratched the frame and wheel somehow. They tried to deny it but I'd taken a little photo of it outside the shop before I left it in. They reluctantly fixed it and made a big deal of how good they were for doing so.

Third service with valve clearance, again, no issues, or so I thought, rode it to the NorthWest 200 a few days later and there was a little 125cc sized pop and it died. Stranded etc, not happy. After inspection they said the engine had basically blown up. One of the staff let slip that a valve had hit the cylinder head.  So I think a slightly too large shim on the adjustment was put in. Again, denials and "maybe you were going a little hard" from the owner, but he would get the engine replaced under warranty for free as a gesture of goodwill. Again, big deal made about it.

Sold it immediately and bought a nice reliable SV650.

Recently bought an 890 Duke which h has the head gasket oil leak. Left it in to be fixed, " Good news, I didn't have to replace the gasket I just used extra sealant!" Dunno why that was good news as the gasket is only £20 and I specified I wanted it replaced. Bit the oil leak was gone and so I sucked it up and left. I've just changed the oil and noticed its leaking worse than ever!

So in summary, buy a bike there, buy gear and parts there, but once you're out of warranty, give it a wide berth.
